Learner Driver Courses
We have a wide range of learner driver courses available, and you will be taught by a fully qualified instructor from your local area.
We start with a one hour drive to assess your driving ability based on any previous experience you have had and your general handling of a car. Don't worry if you haven't had much, if any, experience. Most people come to us with no experience at all. And if you're a bit nervous about learning to drive, don't worry, you're not the first. We'll look after you!
Lessons are charged at £20 per hour. Remember that the first lesson is charged at ½ price. If you take a course of 10 lessons we charge £180, making your lessons £18 per hour, or if you book a course of 20 lessons
we charge £350, making your lessons £17.50 per hour.
In order to drive a car you need to be 17 years old or over. Before you can drive a vehicle on the road, you need to have a provisional license which you get by sending off a D1 form (available from the post office). It will cost £45. You can apply for your provisional before you are 17, but it will not be valid until your 17th birthday.
